Dreams come true only when they are enriched with passion, perseverance, and sustained efforts. About 10 years ago, me and my friends Dr. Praveen Venkatagiri, Dr. Venkat Reddy & Dr. Sailesh Vittala visualized a healthcare venture that would provide high-quality patient-centric treatment to women and children.

In 2014, that dream came true as we inaugurated the Ovum Woman and Child Hospital at Kalyan Nagar.It laid the foundation to scale up to six more branches, including a clinic in different parts of the city. Today, we are one of the leading maternity and child healthcare providers in Bangalore. Our vision is to provide the Right Care and Right Medical Treatment to patients, be empathetic towards patients and support them and their families throughout their journey.

From our initial days, we defined the core values of our hospital as accountability, integrity, and transparency. One of the most significant factors that have helped us retain our core values is the support from our esteemed team of doctors, nurses, and paramedical staff. When a new patient comes to us, our first course of action is to diagnose the patient regarding physical and emotional needs.

We believe that a patient’s emotional health is as important as their physical health to be completely healthy. It is one of the reasons we have a well-rounded team consisting of nutritionists, dieticians, family medicine specialists, gynecologists, neonatologists, pediatricians and fertility specialists. We hope that in the years to come, we will touch upon the lives of many more patients and help them heal fully, not just be cured.
