Dr. Chaya Patil is a highly experienced Obstetrician and Gynaecologist with over 30 years of clinical experience, with a strong focus on high-risk obstetrics and minimally invasive gynaecological surgery. She has extensive experience in managing complex and high-risk pregnancies, including pregnancy-induced hypertension, gestational diabetes, preterm labour, recurrent pregnancy loss, cervical incompetence, placenta previa, placental abruption, and multiple pregnancies. She is also experienced in managing high-risk pregnancies following infertility treatment, including cases complicated by endometriosis and previous surgeries. Dr.
Chaya has a special interest in laparoscopic gynaecological surgery, including laparoscopic hysterectomy, ovarian cystectomy, management of ectopic pregnancy, and laparoscopic myomectomy. She also focuses on the conservative management of benign gynaecological conditions such as abnormal uterine bleeding and uterine fibroids. She worked as a Senior Consultant at Fortis Hospital, Bannerghatta Road, for 15 years and has also been associated with Manipal Hospital, Jayanagar, for more than 15 years. In addition to her clinical practice, she has contributed to community healthcare through her services at charitable hospitals.
